Applewood Smoked Turkey Burger with a Honey Dijon Aioli and Gruyere
Yield: 10 8-ounce burgers
- Wow your guests with this gourmet burger.
- 5 lb. ground turkey
- 2 tbsp. Wright’s Applewood Smoke Seasoning
- 2 tbsp. minced dehydrated minced onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ c. San Del sweet cut peppers
- 1 tbsp. salt
- ½ tbsp. black pepper
- 1 ½ c. honey dijon aioli
- 4 oz. baby spinach
- 10 multigrain Ciabatta rolls
- Place ground turkey in a mixing bowl with Wright’s Applewood Smoke Seasoning, minced onion, parsley, peppers and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Portion into half pound patties.
- Grill until fully cooked and top with gruyere cheese, baby spinach, honey Dijon aioli and serve on a multi grain ciabatta.
